Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Hot Water
2/3 Cup Peanut Butter (I prefer creamy)
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Light Corn SYrup
1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
Directions:
In a sauce pan on medium heat mix ingredients together and heat until well mixed, stir frequently.
I enjoy this served over chicken!
